The draft regional positioning and dissemination of Peruvian tourist destinations during the 2013 Dakar Rally in 8 countries of Latin America (Argentina, Brazil, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru and Venezuela), worked with PROMPERÚ received mention honor in the PR Daily’s Media Relations Awards 2013 in the United States and in Argentina Silver Eikon.
Lima, December 2013. Axon Comunicacion International Corp. the consultant of Communication and Public Relations flexibility, effectiveness and innovation to the markets of Latin America and the United States together with the Commission for the Promotion of Exports and Tourism (PROMPERÚ) received two awards for excellence in public relations in the last two months.
The first award was an honorable mention in the category Best Press Event / Media Tour for 2013 PR Daily’s Media Relations Awards, one of the most important international awards for best practices in Public Relations and Communication.
This award is given by the PR Daily Journal, a leading publication specializing in marketing, communications and public relations in the market in the United States and Europe.
Subsequently, Axon Comunicacion International Corp. with the Commission for the Promotion of Peru Export and Tourism (PROMPERÚ) Eikon received the Silver Award in the category of Regional Campaign Media Relations, during the “Gala Night” performed in the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
The Eikon awards, is one of the most important distinctions in Communication and Public Relations in Latin America and is delivered by Image Magazine after a rigorous selection and analysis of a panel of more than 15 directors of communication and PR professionals.
The winning campaign was the regional project image positioning country Peru Dakar Rally during the 2013 competition in which Lima was featured as a starting point. PROMPERÚ, sought to promote the main Peruvian tourist attractions in 8 countries of Latin America, in addition to spreading the positive impact of the automotive competition in the economy of Peru.
